Learn how to use free resources to create and maintain your "to be read" and "read" list. You'll also learn how to find great new titles based on your preferences!
The Goodreads app is useful for keeping one or many lists of books! You can make a list of books you've read, books you want to read, and books you plan on reading later or right away. You can categorize them after you've read them, review and rate them, and you can add friends to see what they are reading, or follow your favorite authors!
NOTE: Goodreads is an Amazon owned App. You will need an Amazon account and the login information for this class. You will be able to use the computers in our Computer Lab to learn how to use Goodreads, but we recommend bringing the device you plan on using, if possible.
Novelist is helpful if you are looking for a new book. It will direct you to new books and authors similar to the books and authors you already enjoy. You will need a library card to access this database.
