In this hands-on workshop, led by Short and Stout Tea Company, participants will learn how to mix loose tea with herbs, flowers, and spices to craft their personalized blend.
Blending tea lets you ignite your creativity and your taste buds. During this program we will explore the flavor profiles of different teas as well as common ingredients such as ginger, mint, lavender, and lemon balm —many of which can even be grown in your own garden—and how they can transform a simple green or black tea into something truly special. From balancing aroma to layering flavor, this session is all about making tea personal, fun, and comforting.
