Local author Tom Bulger will be entertaining us with a lively discussion about his newly released running book.
Join Tom Bulger as he reflects on his 40 years of running, coaching, and writing. He will discuss his relationship with distance running, race experiences, and advice about training. In many ways running can be a metaphor for life, and Tom will lead us down a road of memories that are sure to make us laugh and ponder. Runners and non-runners are all welcome! Registration is required.
