AARP Volunteers who have been trained and certified by the IRS will prepare Federal and State Income Tax Returns for individual taxpayers of all ages and backgrounds.
Prior to your appointment, you must visit the Ask Desk at the Library to pick-up a packet which contains forms to be completed before your appointment and a list of financial documents you must bring with you.
On the date and time of your appointment, you will drop off your packet and forms and meet briefly with a volunteer tax preparer. You will then return about 1 hour and 45 minutes later to pick up your completed return.
