This six-week summer series on Fridays at noon (July 15, 22, 29 & August 5, 12, 19) will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that’s appropriate for you.
Mindfulness meditation promotes well-being from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction, a guided practice exercise, and Q&A.
Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for nearly 30 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
This program will be a HYBRID program that can be accessed via Zoom from your home, or you can attend in person, at the Library. If attending virtually, please do not try to join the Zoom meeting more than 10 minutes early. If you have not received an email with Zoom information at least one hour before the event, please email cphreference@sals.edu.
Please note: All programs are subject to change based on weather and safety guidelines.
