Join instructor Kristie Marsden as she helps you build a solid Pilates foundation while moving at a slower pace.
This five session class will focus on form, breathing, and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals. Pilates is a non-impact, balanced system that works as well for an elite athlete as it does for a fitness novice. The movements work the deeper structural muscles, as well as superficial muscles, to increase muscular strength and body awareness, achieve graceful movement, and improve postural alignment.
Please bring water and a thicker mat to each class and wear comfortable stretchy clothing for ease of movement.
