Learn how the new real estate rule changes will impact you as a buyer and/or seller with licensed real estate broker Beth Grzyboski.

As a result of recent litigation, the real estate industry is experiencing a shakeup by fundamentally changing the way real estate professionals are compensated for their services. Learn how these practices can impact the sale and/or purchase of your home with the expertise of three seasoned professionals: a local attorney, lender, and licensed real estate salesperson. This workshop will address both the seller and buyer perspectives along with the lending opportunities to make your next home adventure a success.
