Drop in anytime from 10am - 6 pm to learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and administer nasal Narcan. Participants will receive a free Narcan rescue kit.
Saratoga County will hold a FREE Countywide Narcan Training Event on Tuesday August 26th, 2025. The Narcan Training Day Event is in partnership with numerous organizations and agencies across Saratoga County. Those who are interested can visit a participating location for a 10-minute Narcan training to learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer nasal Naloxone (Narcan). Mental health and substance use disorder resources will also be available.
Participants will receive a free Narcan rescue kit, which includes two doses of Narcan, a rescue breathing face shield, a certificate of training, a drug disposal system, and a mental health and substance use disorder resource guide.
All programs are subject to change based on weather and safety guidelines.
