Practice using online Medicare resources with guidance—attendance at the 12/8 presentation is required.
This hands-on workshop is for patrons who attended our Navigating Medicare Resources Online presentation on 12/8 and want extra help navigating the websites. You’ll practice using medicare.gov, a sample private insurance site, and shiphelp.org to find information confidently. Library staff will guide you through search tools, chat features, and other helpful resources.
Please note: this workshop provides guidance on using online tools only and does not offer personal Medicare advice or enrollment assistance.
