Revolutionary Writing - Celebrate America's 250th
For grades 4-7

2:00pm - 3:00pm
Learn about the importance of the written word during the 1770s with hands-on activities. Presented by the Saratoga County Historian's Office and Saratoga 250.
Participants will view replicas of items from the 18th century, try cursive writing with a quill pen, use a printing press to create a broadside poster, and play with toys from the era.
Siblings who are not registered for this program are welcome to explore the Children's Library with an adult. We ask that they do not remain in the room during this event.
