Program Room A-B

Celebrate the bicentennial of the Erie Canal with Clifton Park Town Historian and NYS Museum Senior Historian Emeritus John Scherer.

Journey along the Erie Canal, from Cohoes to Schenectady, and witness historical and contemporary views of the canal and sites as well as canal life and "characters" along the way. Explore the Erie Canal remains of Clute's Dry Dock, Lock 19, and the Crescent and Rexford Aqueducts.

All programs are subject to change.

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library provides a wide range of materials, programs, and services to the residents of Clifton Park and Halfmoon. We are a member of the Southern Adirondack Library System.
