The Griever's Library
Tuesday, September 15
6:30pm - 8:00pm
An evening of normalizing conversations about grief and loss, while offering tools using curated literature to guide conversation.
The use of books to support grief work is well researched. This evening, we will investigate how books/stories can be used to support and serve as a companion to the griever. Excerpts will be used to guide conversations and offer a supportive environment for exploration.
Presenter Christina Chiravolo is a licensed mental health counselor with diagnostic privilege in the state of New York (LMHC-D). She holds an additional certification as a grief-informed professional.
