Reading Garden

Grab a book and put your feet up as we master the art of hygge with this outdoor hangout.

Hygge (pronounced “hyu-guh”) is a Danish term for a moment or feeling that is cozy, warm, and homey. Hygge is something that happens all year round. In the warm weather, picnics in the park, barbeques with friends, outdoor concerts, street festivals, and bike rides can all be very hygge. Come get your hygge on with a good book and reading with friends in our Reading Garden.

In case of rain, this program will be held in the Piracci Board Room.

Please note: ALL programs are subject to change based on weather and safety guidelines.

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library provides a wide range of materials, programs, and services to the residents of Clifton Park and Halfmoon. We are a member of the Southern Adirondack Library System. Our mission is to nurture and foster community connections by providing the space and resources for patrons to be educated, entertained, and enriched. Our vision is to be at the heart of our community.
