VolunTEEN: Summer Reading Orientation
For grades 9-12
Thursday, June 04
7:00pm - 8:00pm
Apply to be a summer volunteer at the Library! We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic high school students who are interested in working with children.
As a summer volunteer, you will sign up children for our Summer Reading Club, assist librarians with programs and events, and more!
In order to be a summer volunteer, you must do the following:
- Attend one information session. This registration page is for Thursday, June 4 at 7 pm. A second session will be held on Thursday, June 11 at 7 pm. Register for only one information session.
Registration opens on Saturday, May 9 at 9 am for both sessions. - Complete the forms that will be emailed to you before the orientation.
- Volunteer at the Library for a minimum of five (5) shifts this summer. The shift sign up schedule will be on a Google sheet that will be emailed to registered participants.
Light refreshments will be served.
